Current results of Topography, Mapping, and CAD Processing

At the present time (December 2004), the following structures have been surveyed, mapped, and 3D-processed : Pyramid Complexes n°1, 3, 4, 5, 8, 11, 12, 13, 15, the Temple of the Monkey, the Central Plaza, and the Pilgrims' Plaza.

We have now completed our review of the nomenclature and the definition of the boundaries of the other buildings in the five zones that comprise the site. The result will be an up-to-date site map, produced entirely by our project, with a new, complete nomenclature of the buildings and sectors at Pachacamac that lie within the Second Precinct. During the coming field seasons, we will undertake the systematic survey of remaining structures within the First and Second Precincts.
