The Master in Public Administration (MPA) is a programaimed at training future public administrators. The MPA provides knowledge of public institutions, management, human resource management, law, public budgeting, but also of public relations, teamwork, oral and written expression, project management and consultancy.
The ULB Master in Public Administration was created not only to offer students the most relevant stimulating training possible but also to facilitate access to jobs allowing them to continue to develop professionally. In its aim to combine excellent university training with suitable preparation for professional life.

Talks by leading public service actors who regularly present the different management challenges of their institution and debate on them with the students.
The MA in Public Administration combines a number of different teaching methods: lectures, workshops, the compilation and presentation of personal work, a consultancy assignment, the end-of-course dissertation.
The concept of a year of studies gives way to a system of accumulation of credits based on the student's individual programme. The cycle programme is offered in units of 60 credits. The units of 60 credits are proposed as an "ideal" course of study for students enrolled in this programme.
